The policy that I looked at was for Adidas, and I thought it was good. It shows a good balance of being overall positive and yet ensuring that the employees know warning areas. It was very effective at explaining why they warn you against certain behaviors and bolding key terms. It used a more conversational tone instead of a legal and dense one. These aspects of the statement made it very clear to read and understand, which helps employees apply it.
If I were an employee here, the social media policy would be easy enough to understand and adhere to. It does encourage people to speak up about the products being created, and to engage the community of customers. But it does do a good job of warning about the possible areas where you can make an accidental slip up that could compromise the company.
