Group Work Plan

Introduction

Before you can begin working with your group members on the class project, it is important that group members begin by collaborating on a work plan. The idea behind this work plan is that it will function in two ways. First, it will become a road map for your project. Creating this “map’ will help you to get organized so that your project can be completed in a timely fashion.

The second benefit of the group work plan is that it can act as a sort of “checklist’ for group members. You will have a clear statement in which you have figured out your group’s goals, set your group’s priorities, and split the group’s work between members.

Remember, in group assignments, the labor is meant to be shared. No one person should bare the brunt of responsibility.

Your first task as a group is to produce your own group work plan. You should include all of the required information listed below, but it is up to you to design your final document in a way that is both clear and user-friendly. Please use MLA format.
