Hey everyone, my name is Allen Nussbaumer and I work for the University in the Office of Information Technology. I was born in Fairbanks and went to UAF at the appropriate time of my life but didn’t finish my BBA degree. Even though I don’t need it for my current job I still want to finish the degree. My reason for taking the class, aside from it being a degree requirement, is that it will be useful in my technical job. We write up a fair bit of documentation for programs or how-to reminders. I think that there is always room for improvement in my technical writing, so it seemed a relevant class. When not in class or work I play bass at church and am learning the guitar and violin, and someday I would like to learn the cello.
